Harper has eight years of experience representing broker-dealers, investment advisers and hedge funds on regulatory, compliance and litigation matters at Bressler Amery & Ross and other boutique securities law firms. She has also represented financial institutions, registered representatives, investment advisers and high net-worth individuals in litigation and arbitration of disputes involving securities, employment transitions (non-competes and U-5s), various investment products, business fraud and breach of contract claims. Her unique knowledge of the financial services industry includes six years as a licensed registered representative before practicing law. 

Harper earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from New York Law School. She is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
