Daniel S. Rubin is a senior associate at Reif Law Group P.C., focusing on white collar criminal defense, commercial litigation, and securities litigation and arbitration.
Daniel has defended clients in a variety of matters including aggravated identity theft, corporate fraud, securities fraud, counterfeiting, violent crimes, false advertising, and UNRUH act violations in California Superior Court and California District Courts.
In 2018, Daniel worked on the team responsible for securing one of the top business tort jury awards in California State. Prior to joining Reif Law Group, P.C., Daniel also contributed to the defense of a client under investigation by Robert Mueller, III.
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Whittier College School of Law. While at Whittier, Daniel represented his law school as a member of its trial advocacy competitive team.
Daniel has been a member of the California bar since 2014.
