Daniel began his career on a team which advised Uber Technologies, Inc. following claims concerning its safety practices and the methods it used to screen drivers. He has since continued to represent affluent and high-net-worth clients at arbitration, in California Superior Court, and in California District Courts.

Daniel has earned recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, Criminal Defense, and for

Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier College of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and represented his law school as a member of its trial advocacy competitive team.
