Daniel began his career on a team which advised Uber Technologies, Inc. following claims concerning its safety practices and the methods it used to screen drivers. He has since continued to represent affluent and high-net-worth clients at arbitration, in California Superior Court, and in California District Courts.

Daniel has earned recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, Criminal Defense, and for
Lawyers of Distinction, Criminal Defense, in 2019 and 2020. In 2018, Daniel helped obtain one of the top twenty “breach of contract” jury verdict awards in California Superior Court, which he then successfully defended on appeal in California’s Second District.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier College of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and represented his law school as a member of its trial advocacy competitive team.
